The Lake Zoar Authority Special Meeting to formulate a proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2011 was held on Tuesday, October 27,2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Southbury Town Hall.
Present:
Bob Barnes, Chairman
Bob Mouchantat , Vice Chairman
Carolyn Wilson, Secretary
Glenn Ganz, Treasurer

Bob Barnes, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. A Lake Zoar Budget Worksheet was distributed ; a comparative review of F.Y. 2009 and F.Y. 2010 (actual and budget ) of each line item was done . The Budget Committee formulated a Proposed Budget for F.Y. 2011 which will be presented and reviewed at the November 3,2009 Lake Zoar Authority meeting. Bob Barnes, Chairman, adjourned the meeting at 8:40 p.m
